This work explores shelter, mobility and the idea of home and examines how creatures carry or construct their homes around themselves. The work develops through a material-led process. Collecting sticks, shells, fibres, fragments and other found materials looking at the properties of each material can make shelter to protect, it can also be carried, adapted or abandoned. Through making, I explore what it means to construct from what is immediately available.
